Cross Roads

Cross Roads (2017-18) is a photographic series that considers situations that can trigger a change in one’s life. There are countless small events that can alter one’s existence; a phone call, a letter, a change of address, employment, illness or even death can create a shift in circumstances. Therefore, these photographs are staged to represent the moments before and after a life-altering transition. The work aims to highlight shared experiences and remind us that the events are usually a rite of passage and are part of the human condition.
