Cloud Gazing (2022-2023) is a photographic series that captures a perspective similar to a lookout on a ship's bridge, scanning the horizon for potential obstacles. In this context, these obstacles represent life's challenges. Each piece is accompanied by a corresponding poem that offers remedies, encouragement, and techniques to navigate essential life experiences. With their dreamlike quality and vibrant colours, the surreal cloudscapes invite deep contemplation and allow intuitive insights to emerge freely.

The Bright always filters into the dark,
Always attempting to leave its mark.
Their choice of weapon is one of love,
And those ones that aren’t ready will choose to run.
The runners have built an idea,

It's a prism they have built in their minds,
But the Brights’ tactic is always to be kind.
